This pillow fits me very well. I bought it to use for middle and lower back support while sitting. to support my head and neck when sleeping on my side and to fit between my knees when sleeping on my side. For these purposes it has worked flawlessly. I agree with other reviewers that it's too firm supporting your neck when sleeping on your back, but that's the only downside. The silky surface is beautiful and makes the pillow very comfortable to use. It also comes in a neat plastic travel case. I am very happy with this purchase.
