Worked without much fuss or hassle. Inexpensive, quick and easy.
I had an old S-Video only dish receiver. yes it was that old I recently bought a Samsung HD Smart TV with only HDMI outputs. Dish said it would be a month before they could upgrade and install new HD hardware. I bought this product for a trainee. This worked as expected. Connects easily with no problems. The picture isn't HD, but that's to be expected.
