Received Friday loaded. stayed up all night, spent 3 hours on saturday trying to get it to work, then chatted for another 3 hours before finally getting it to work. There are no instructions for this yet and Google searches are misleading for this new Arlo camera. Chat managers were also not very familiar with it, and they had to install and remove the camera many times, do a factory reset, something could only be configured on the website, something only on the phone. I was ready to return it when suddenly the camera started working. It turns out it only captures up to 15-20 feet. Arlo is a good company so I hope they fix these glitches soon. Addendum: very disappointed. It only works when it wants to. I had it for 5 days. Only worked for 2 days. The battery has already dropped to 60%. Get answers from Arlo email support to help. A week later it finally worked. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the difficult start.
