TERRIBLE ITEM AND SELLER
I had this headset for about 6 months and used it daily. It started with crackling calls, then voices cut in and out on the other end β whether it was a phone call or a computer webinar. Then finally it just stopped working. I contacted the seller and all I got was "make sure your firmware is up to date". Thanks for nothing! Customer service these days is certainly not what it used to be.
