Review on 🎮 Enhanced Microsoft Xbox 360 (Slim) Disc Drive Replacement with Improved DVD Drive & Laser - Phillips Liteon (DG-16D4S: 0225) + Nextec T8 Screwdriver by Robert Cooper

I bought this nextec optical drive for the Xbox 360 S without expecting much. I thought it was worth the risk as it was so cheap. It came in two days. Replacing the optical drive literally took 45 minutes. This involved looking up videos on replacements, disassembling the Xbox 360 case, removing the optical drive, desoldering the circuit board from my old drive, soldering it into the new one and putting it all back together. I have a bit of soldering and disassembly experience, maybe that helps. He works like a champ. My xbox 360 S started with an unreadable disc error message and couldn't read game discs or DVDs. This solved the problem and I am very happy with this purchase. Thanks to nextec for a great price on a cheap repair for my Xbox. Definitely recommend.
