Works great with colanders and food strainers

I like not having to stack plates and place heavy objects on top of each other. I've had way too many instances of items falling and hitting the floor broken or dented, but NO MORE. The item works as expected and well. I simply placed the tofu in the press, turned the dial to press and let the setting sit in the strainer for 15 minutes while I cooked everything else. Thanks for the ingenuity.
