I thought the white pom poms would go for the top of the baby snowman hat I am crocheting but they were too big and looked a little crazy. (They are almost 4 inches in diameter and I didn't want to trim the fluffiness to make them smaller, that's why they turned out so cute!) But the quality is good, there is one piece, I think there are rubber bands attached to each to connect it to anything - you'll have to dig in furs to find it, but be sure it's there (Actually, my husband found it because I was complaining there's nothing to connect it to could connect. So be patient and dig around. It is!) Had to return because I couldn't use a hat, but they were definitely worth $$. No return problems and yes they arrived when stated.
