I know it sounds crazy but this broom is too pretty to be used as a broom. I had every intention of replacing my old broom but couldn't bring myself to use it. I hang it up as a decoration and it's a unique talking point. The handmade broom is elaborately decorated with multicolored nylon thread. It is made in Thailand from grass with a bamboo handle and is shorter than a normal broom. This is perfect for short people, but can strain your back if you're tall and sweep a lot. Like a broom it sweeps well and collects all the dirt/dust. It comes in a plaid loincloth. If you plan to buy this as a decorative piece of art then I think the price is reasonable if you think it's worth it; like a broom, it's too expensive and can be found cheaper that does the job.
