Review on SMART Project Delivery by Charles Butler
Excellent tool for keeping your teams organized
The best part about Smart is that it lets me create separate task lists which can be accessed at any time from anywhere via my computer or mobile device. It also allows me to send emails through its integrated calendar system so I don't need an email client like Outlook installed (which sometimes slows down my PC). Sometimes when using Smart there are some minor glitches but they're usually fixed within minutes. Overall I think this program has greatly improved our efficiency as a team because we no longer waste time searching documents or emails that might have been sent weeks ago.
Pros
- Being able make multiple project plans, assigning tasks among other things with ease! Plus having all information in one place makes life much easier for employees who work remotely; you do not really get these options otherwise unless working outfitted by Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP software if only..or maybe something else will show up eventually? Maybe Google's new G Suite product line?! Or..maybe Salesforce too?? Hmm
