The size is not the same as in the car.
If the description says the part is exactly the same, you can interpret that as physically the same size, but it's not. Although the element has the same pin configuration, it is physically larger, making it difficult to install and creating a gap problem. There wasn't much money and it was too late to go back. Suffice it to say I'll probably be going to my local parts store in the future.
