I've only used this item for a few hours, I bought it specifically to play a game and I didn't want to spend a fortune to play 1 game. It's advertised with 4GB RAM, that should be a big improvement over the device I was playing on which only had 2GB RAM, but it's not, it's very slow. The graphics are spot on. There is also a free quote when you activate your guarantee by filling out a form with your name, email address and order number. It certainly doesn't recognize the order number. So far I'm not thrilled but you get what you pay for and my other unit broke so I'll probably keep it for myself and replace it with something better later. The good thing is that it came with a case and headphones so I didn't have to spend any money on it.
