They were so easy to install on my headlights and even easier to install on the house siding. My only concern is that in strong winds it's entirely possible that they could come loose, but I intend to stick a small piece of double-sided tape or possibly velcro to the bottom of the unit where it just sits against the side panel. But I have to say that these hooks are really smart and very easy to install. I use them again. And if the show weathers the storm, I'll change that rating to a 5.
