Bert is the new addition to our family. He is an active guy and has built a bubble nest in just 24 hours after moving into his new home. It seemed to slow down until we added the mirror and has been very active ever since. We don't leave the mirror on all the time because it's recommended to only use it for a few minutes at a time to avoid stressing it out. But even if he's not in the tank with him all the time, this is a good buy because it gives him a boost and makes him move and stretch his fins more. We really enjoy watching him 'fight' the mirror and seeing his beautiful fins.
