I wanted compression shorts for support in the hamstring and glute area, and decided to try these after reading other reviews. These are mostly comfortable, but I'd definitely order a size or even two smaller than usual for leg compression. .I typically wear a medium in boxer briefs, and between M-L in pants,so I ordered a medium. The waistband is wide and snug, but the legs are not at all, and the bottom of the legs creep up. Crotch area is comfortable, holds everything in place, but is not compression on glutes.I'm keeping these because they're comfortable for everyday, but ordering smaller size to have compression for workouts.
