I used this bulb to replace a very weak 35w HS1 bulb in my Polisport headlight. The portion of this item that counts as a lightbulb is very large compared to an H4 or HS1 halogen bulb, but it easily fits in my flashlight case. The light output is excellent and the beam pattern seems to match the original lamp. It was a great item to use where light output and overall energy availability were important. This easily gives me a light output well in excess of what my charge output can support in a halogen bulb. The base is a regular size like the P43t base and is not as bulky as some LEDs. It's gotten a lot of vibes from my off-road adventures so far, but it's holding up very well. I am very happy with my purchase. I would buy this again
