Review on D160 Flagship Retail Package 99H11114 00 by Cornelius Reeves

This is an OEM car mount for HTC One. It works very well and I don't regret spending a little more on it as opposed to the universal mount. It uses a kind of voodoo to put the phone in auto mode when connected. I used to have a Galaxy Nexus and its car mount did the same so I'm used to the feature and excited to get it back. The Galaxy Nexus mount uses spring pins to tell the phone it's in a car mount. On the other hand, I can't figure out how this mount "tells" the phone that it's in the mount. One reviewer noted that they got the mount for free and while they loved it, they wouldn't pay that much for it. Well I paid so much for it - and I agree it's expensive, but I don't regret buying it. Would recommend to anyone who uses HTC One to navigate while driving.
