Review on 📱 Arkon Mega Grip Universal Phone Holder Compatible with iPhone 12 11 Pro Max XS XR X and Galaxy Note 20 10 - Retail Black by Ron Patel

I really like this holder but it has one issue that is making me a little nervous right now. When the sun penetrates through the windshield and heats the back of the holder, the ball joint expands and the phone falls slowly due to numerous impacts. If it's cold, it's ok. I've tried tightening it to hold it, but to tighten it I need a tool and I don't want to pull the strings. Part of me is wondering: is it a collar nut that expands and lets itself fall off, or is it a plastic hinge that expands more than the ball and causes it to slip off? I vote for the latter as I find that the distance between the trunnions is too great and the ball cannot be clamped tight enough, or the trunnions are resting on the nut causing the nut to be undertightened. In any case, I think it will take some work.
