Review on 🌪️ Feniex Industries C-4017 Typhoon: Powerful 100 Watt Siren & Controller for Enhanced Control and Safety by Amir Tune

Bought this about a year ago and installed it in my Peterbilt trailer to have a PA and horn that would better draw the attention of unwary drivers. In my case the installation was easy, the results depend on your car. It's fantastic at what it does and serves my purpose perfectly. In the last year alone, it has prevented hundreds of accidents through my judicious use. However, this morning the mode dial just cracked and fell off the block onto the dash (I mounted it RAM on the overhead block). I called Feniex Industries and the only solution they offered was to send the unit in for repair. There's no point in disassembling the device and shipping it, then apparently waiting a few weeks for it to be returned, and then reassembling it on a plastic handle that's probably $5. They completely fail at customer service. I hope nothing more happens to the device, which is why it is sent in for repair. I can't imagine what a fiasco this will be. In the end I'm happy with the product but the customer support is deaf.
