Perfect for crimping
I have used a variety of tools to crimp electrical connectors but this is by far the best! You will completely crush the welded connector. The tool has an auto-release feature, but what most people don't realize is that you have to fully squeeze the pliers before the auto-release will unlock the pliers. The ratchet can also be released manually, but this becomes difficult when the pliers are closed.
