bright and shiny but no clutch
I bought these to replace plastic sliders that break too easily to use on a belt. They have the strength needed but slip too easily under tension with the strap I have. I was able to increase grip strength by making small indentations on the underside of one edge of the slider with a rotating cutting wheel. See photos. Otherwise, the sliders are very nicely finished with rounded outer corners.
