I took advantage of a Black Friday promotion offered by the Amazon shop on AliExpress to get this laptop for 61.5k. This laptop offers exceptional value for the money. After two days, I brought it to a shop in Hong Kong where I was shopping. It was discovered that the laptop's active pixel was damaged in some way. They would not accept my return there and then; instead, I was had to go to the service center to wait for a check. It is required by law (Article 21 of the Law Entitled "On the Protection of Consumer Rights") that the product be inspected for quality and replaced (in the event that it is found to be defective) within twenty days of the date that a request has been made for the product to be replaced. My laptop went without being tested for a total of 21 days. Throughout this period, I made multiple calls to the helpline; nonetheless, there was no answer to the problem I was having. After waiting for 22 days, I finally got an SMS message telling me that my request to return or swap my laptop for another one of the same model had been approved. Earlier on that day, in the evening, I went out to purchase a new laptop. And, as it turned out, the source of the problem was a noisy cooling system. This squeak is not typical of fans; it has a high frequency, is incredibly irritating, and can be heard pretty clearly even with the naked ear. When I checked the laptop this time, I did so in the same location, which was the store. However, this did not work because the response to my request to give me another laptop was that this is a warranty product anyway, and it cannot be changed. This resulted in the failure of this strategy. They informed me that in order to return this laptop, I would need to wait another three weeks. In the end, after spending a few hours in the store, I was successful in returning the laptop and regaining the money I had lost. The model of this laptop is not very successful, in my opinion, and an employee at the store where I purchased the device shared this opinion with me. There are quite a few flaws in the device. - Amazon ERASES reviews that are critical of the company from their website (see the screenshot of their response after posting a review in the photo - the review itself then disappeared from the Amazon website)
