Looks good and the molding seems fine but that's about it. They'll open the bottles, but not without a piece of the neck. This has happened at least 6 times with different brands of beer and I now consider them useless. The problem seems to be in the design. You seem to have the wrong opener configuration. The second picture shows that it is very different and not for the better. I've been using the right one (chromed) for years with no problems. They just don't work and I won't be using them again. The price was good but if the product doesn't work then it's useless. Spend a little more and get what works.
