My snoogle is probably the only reason I've been able to sleep as well as I have during this pregnancy. I chose the Snoogle mini because my husband and I share a large bed and I was concerned that the larger Snoogle would take up too much bed space. The mini is the perfect size because I love my regular pillow so I use the snoogle from knee to shoulder. The tighter hook portion goes between my knees and supports my hips, while portion C wraps in front or behind me to support my stomach or back. Sometimes I tuck the more exposed, hooked portion under my arm to support my breasts and lift it off the bed to combat acid reflux. This pillow was great and I'm so glad I bought it so early (about 5 weeks pregnant!) that I will benefit just as much from it. Back when sitting in bed or sometimes even on the couch. Take one seriously. This is a great purchase and well worth it.
