I have two dogs, one young and one older. The first day I installed and used bark collars I saw the results I wanted. I set them both to just beep and vibrate and the dogs barked once or twice, looked back at the front door, and then I told them to either come or stop barking. For two days both dogs barked once or twice and then stopped barking and observed what made them bark in the first place. Exactly what I wanted, a warning of the presence of a passerby and no constant and annoying barking from the neighbors. I hope it continues to work the way I had it a few days ago. I take them off at night when they are home and sometimes during the day. I think soon they will learn to bark just a little bit without even putting on the device.
