I like how easy it was to use, we were able see all our results in one place which helped us keep track if everything went ok or not with each client's account manager during open season! It could be made easier by having more buttons so you can easily go back up/down dates etc as well instead have them at times when scrolling down through months would do just fine!! We also had issues getting some clients' financials but this has been resolved now via helpdesk team who are very good about fixing things quickly after they find out what needs doing (which does take time).
Our main problem solved here however; being aware whether any problems may arise prior into next year before booking new business deals where sometimes these errors occur - meaning losing potential revenue from an error within their system causing someone else making decisions over contracts / pricing ect.
