I bought this for my dad who had a massive stroke and can't dial a phone anymore but he can use a phone like this with image button functionality. Bought at the end of September, connected on October 10th. The one touch feature stopped working on December 15th. This phone has hardly been used as he uses it at most once a week. Of course, the 30-day return window is closed. Very disappointed. I ran out of $35 and now I need to find and buy another phone for him. I recommend looking elsewhere if you need this type of phone. Update: I bought a VTech SN 5147 for my dad after this lousy phone broke after little to no use. The VTech is MUCH more expensive, but it's a lot more substantial, doesn't look like a toy, and still works great. If you need this type of phone for yourself or a family member, it will cost money to get VTech.
