This did a good job - I like how flat the cut is as it means less pit on the lemon zest. Where are my extra blades? Also, I bought the same but slightly older version at the same time when I was in a bind and needed a backup (because another expensive one I bought, a different brand, broke almost immediately). There seems to be NO DIFFERENCE between them (except this one was about $20 more expensive and DID NOT HAVE ADDITIONAL BLADES). The other one might be a bit louder but honestly it's hard to tell the difference as EVERYTHING is the same.
