Review on ๐Ÿงฅ Thickened Women's Clothing: Emperor Goose Women's Jacket in Coats, Jackets & Vests by Bob Novitsky

Nice quality

I bought a medium sized red wine jacket with a fur hood. I'm 5'6" and about 150 lbs and it fits like a glove. I'm pear shaped with a thin waist and wide hips so I had to open my sides a bit (see photo). But I think it will even fit a pregnant woman my size at 9 months which is exactly the plus size look I was looking for. I think the only problem would be if you have fat arms. I have normal hands and when I wear a sweater underneath they fit me a little but don't feel uncomfortable. I originally bought this coat because I needed a ski jacket, but when I received it I found that it was too big for it. Goal. But I liked it so much that I decided to keep it. I love the color, you can't tell from the picture, but it's a lovely burgundy that suits me very well. I think it's a cuter version of the famous "Revain coat" because it's more affordable (I got it for $100) and has more details added: a fur hood, extra buttons on the front pockets, and cuffs with thumb holes. Comparing the two models, I don't think there is any difference in the quality of these coats, which is not worth spending $140-200! The down is pretty generous, so it's pretty warm. I tested it in Minnesota in 14F (-10C) and was warm with a sweater underneath. The only downside is that I don't think it will keep you dry when it's raining heavily or keep you warm when it's too windy because it's not waterproof. Also, the quality is "nice". I mean it looks great but I don't know if the zippers or the fabric on the sides and middle of the jacket will last for many years because they feel a bit flimsy. should improve: the holes in the cuffs, for example, are a bit small so you'll eventually have to make them bigger if you plan to use them with gloves. The sherpa hood lining has some red stains from the coat color (see picture). Overall I think this is a "nice" jacket so I decided to keep it despite these minor issues.
