Review on 🔌 Auxiliary Adapter Moonet USB AUX in Car Digital CD Changer for Honda Accord Civic Odyssey S2000 City Ridgeline CRV Element Pilot Fit by Bob Kussmaul

I purchased this adapter to use with an OEM 3BS0 radio on my 2007 Honda Ridgeline. Installation was easy and literally took 5 minutes. I drilled a hole in the top of the storage bay to route the USB and audio cable through to allow for a flush mount. I recommend this setup over the glove box setup due to the glove box's distance from the driver's seat. I had no problem playing music from my Samsung Galaxy 5 through the audio cable and the USB cable charged my phone! The included card reader is great for music playback; However, I was unable to play music from my 16GB PNY flash drive using the USB adapter. I formatted the flash drive to NTFS and then to Fat32 and it didn't help. I asked a question and was told that the SanDisk Ultra Fit 16GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive SDCZ43-016G-G46 would work with the USB adapter. I will refrain from buying another drive for now as the memory card reader works great. I also read some reviews where people heard high pitched sounds with this adapter. I could only hear high pitched sounds while driving and at very low volume (volume 1-4). If you play music at a decent volume, you won't hear a high pitched sound while driving. This was the case with my car, with yours it may differ depending on the electrical system. Overall I am happy with this adapter. It's lightweight, compact and fits easily behind the dash, and there are more than enough cables to route cables to your desired exit location.
