I purchased this adapter to use with an OEM 3BS0 radio on my 2007 Honda Ridgeline. Installation was easy and literally took 5 minutes. I drilled a hole in the top of the storage bay to route the USB and audio cable through to allow for a flush mount. Similar to what the other reviewer said, I hear a noise change in engine speed. The sound quality is pretty damn good so I'm happy, but at high speeds there's a mosquito high frequency that's tuned by the car's RPM. So if you crank it up or speed it up, the pitch will increase. I remember seeing a grounding issue in a comment on a similar adapter. I'll try to find it and update if I find it.
