Design needs revision
The holes in the brewer are very large. Even with herbal teas, much of the mixture ends up in the tea. Another problem is that the hook that attaches the tea strainer to the cup is metal. It gets very hot when brewing tea and should be warned to be careful when removing the brewer from the cup or kettle. I will return this item.
