I have used their regular capacity cartridges in my HP Laserjet with good results so I was keen to try the new high capacity cartridges. My installation experience was excellent! As I had an earlier version of their cartridge (low capacity) this took less than 10 minutes to install. Count to 20 for the first time. It comes with tools to make chip removal easier. You may need some tape or silicone (below!) to hold the chip in place in the new cartridge. The chip holder slides right out of the cartridge, making it easier to use future cartridges. It was also compatible with the low capacity toner cartridges - even better. Here you can see pictures of the black cartridge before installation, the chip installed in the correct orientation on the side, the cartridge back into the laser box and the resulting test print. Worked great the first time. We'll have to see if he gets a full life, but so far I'm very happy with him.
