The hooks are attractive, the only downside is some people find the covers difficult to remove. I ordered 2 boxes and one box, the lids are easy to remove by placing them in the palm of your hand and pressing the hook, most popped out immediately. The second box was a used return with one label missing and one label dented. My guess is that the buyer was disappointed and damaged the item and then sent it back. as I only needed 2 out of the box I did not return the box but the pads were very difficult to remove.
