First of all, this jacket is adorable and so soft. It's a bit big, I wish it was bigger, but it was too big. Customer service is great and I would order again. As other people have said, the zipper is a bit tricky, but if you move slowly and make sure the fabric doesn't get caught, it's perfect. For a fraction of the price you can get a perfect replica of an Urban coat or even an overpriced Emma Chamberlain coat. Here is my photo. It really looks exactly how I wanted it. Get one, you won't be disappointed.
