Cant even hold the weight if a 12lb cat

The suction cups that go in the frame pop out constantly and cause the thing to flip. After super gluing them in, the suction cups cant even manage to hold the weight of my 12lb cat without the suction cups falling off multiple times a day. DO NOT BUY THIS.
