Don’t trust the suction cups. They look and feel as if they’re going to stick but guaranteed every 20 minutes they unstick from your window no matter how clean the window is. I’ve tried all the gimmicks softened them with hot water, vinegar and rubbing alcohol, Vaseline and oil you name it. They stick good for only a short period of time. my cats both weigh less than 8 pounds, which this product claimed to hold. it broke within minutes. if i had opened this before i moved and could return, i would. the product is cheap plastic with bad suction. the hammock is also a horrible hard plastic sheet. i would compare it to a painting tarp before i would compare it to a cat bed or hammock. listen, i am slow to give products bad reviews. but this thing was terrible.

My cats love it. The hammock may obstruct the view from the window. It is very sturdy and the suction cups haven't failed them yet. It was easy to put together.

The suction cups stay but the pvp pipe only rests on them. Any really pressure and they come apart from cups. Cats love it when it works. But it's dropped them a few times.

After our original hammock finally broke after a year, I’ve had a hell of a time finding a replacement. They have all been too small for my two cats to sit on together. This one was the perfect size. However, it won’t stay up. It falls all of the time while my cats are sitting on it. My cats are 10 pounds each. Often, just one of them is laying in it when it falls. I wanted to love it, but I have to send it back.

Bought this for my cat, he is about 3 years old. He loves it! Very easy to attach. Not sure how to clean, but I will figure it out.

Assembly was easy, the way the perch shows through the window looks crappy because the cover lies open exposing the white plastic tubes (see photo). I can tuck the top piece into the material below but the top piece of material seems to find its way back out. The strings were not the same size and the suction cups do not stick, which honestly, I can't ever get any suction cups to work on any surface.

These couldn't hold up my little girl. She's less than 10 pounds and laid up there just to fall as soon as she could. Don't buy them.

The suction cups are crap. I cleaned the window, cleaned the cups, and it still falls. Waste of my time and money. The hammock may not hold up well with regular use and wear down quickly!

This did not work at all. I've tried multiple windows. Cleaned the windows thoroughly before trying. I even tried again today and used extra cups to make it stick. My cat did not even sit on it and it fell down. I was really excited this idea but it is not working for me

Easy to assemble and suction power is great. My cats are a little chunky but this holds up well even when they jump into it. It also comes with 2 extra suction cups.

The suction cups that go in the frame pop out constantly and cause the thing to flip. After super gluing them in, the suction cups cant even manage to hold the weight of my 12lb cat without the suction cups falling off multiple times a day. DO NOT BUY THIS.

My cats love this product. It fits into my window, but with windows open attached the top, suction to the window, bottom just sitting on the screen sill. But they love it , had to get another for the other cat

My cats enjoyed it for all of 5 minutes before it fell out of the window. I cleaned the window before putting it up and it couldn't even hold the weight of 1 15lb cat when it's supposed to be able to hold 40lbs. I put it back in the window multiple times before I just gave up. Save your money, because it doesn't work

My cat spends a lot of time in this shelf. Granted she is 8 lbs, but she loves it. When I fall asleep she’s curled up in it and when I wake up she’s up there again. It even survives her chewing on the cords (and occasionally the suction cups). Any cat will love this view.

This worked for about five minutes and then one side unstuck and my poor kitten fell. It’s very flimsy. The material that comes with it is not soft or comfy at all. I put a little light blanket down. But after my cat falling, I can’t trust it. I followed all the instructions ans my cat only weighs 5 pounds. Very disappointed. Don’t recommend.
