
I very much agree and agree to the function of this device. I made homemade antennas. I just needed to have an idea of the frequency range and at which frequency the SWR is lower. The goal is to have inexpensive devices like an SDR dongle and an RF bridge for noise sources to see the frequency response of a home-made design I've created. But this time I did some tests in my university's telecom lab using a spectrum analyzer and bridge (by Anritsu). I can definitely confirm that you can at least figure out what the frequency response is. Below are some pictures. I tested with a professional VHF/UHF antenna (MASPRO brand, Japanese) and another at 1.5 GHz. As you can see from the photos, up to 1.5 GHz is the maximum allowed frequency. I was powered by 9V and the temperature was fine. I worked non-stop for about 2 hours.
