Arms are heavy duty, wiggle a bit (too loose)
I bought an EleTab ELTGM03-2 mount for my two 27" monitors (each weighs 17.6 kg). Easy setup, adjusting the lever tension was easy with the included hex wrenches. Both arms move freely and feel solid, but the VESA plates attached to each monitor arm rotate too easily (and can't be tightened); Hence the monitors fail at the slightest impact - I contacted customer service and they responded immediately (I will update based on their final response). Otherwise this is a fantastic desktop mount that we highly recommend!
