Quality problems and no guarantee
Product problems started after less than a month of normal use. The vibration became weaker and weaker and stopped completely after two months. Charging the battery does not help. I emailed them at szong-aftersale@outlook.com and got no reply. Maybe I was unlucky and caught a defect. Note, however, that there is no way to claim a guarantee.
