Junk in accessories

First, the phone mount relies on gravity to hold the phone. The dumbest idea ever. If you hit a bump, the phone will fall out. Second, I bought this because of the way it attaches to the dash by attaching to the trim, but the mounting plate that attaches to the trim does not allow the trim. to reattach it so it isn't pinned and looks like a cut off spot. Complete mistake.
