Uneven heating
Like, but heating unevenly. I have hot and cold spots on my towel. Big disappointment. I use large, large towels, double sheet size I think, and if I roll them up tight, two fit in. So the size is good. But I think the thickness and size of my towels may be the reason why they don't heat up evenly. Either way, this is a disappointment.
