Definitely not worth the money you pay for it. Find the best product! The towels take forever to heat up and they are barely warm. I tried leaving just one towel at a time and leaving it on for more than 30 minutes but the towel was still barely warm. If you need a heated towel rail, I recommend looking for a higher quality product.

This heated towel rail is my best investment yet. Who doesn't love a nice warm towel when you get out of the shower? Yes, and since I got this I always take a warm towel out of it when I get out of the shower. It will be a wonderful gift for any person. Amazing price because it's not too expensive and not too cheap which makes you satisfied with the price.

Like, but heating unevenly. I have hot and cold spots on my towel. Big disappointment. I use large, large towels, double sheet size I think, and if I roll them up tight, two fit in. So the size is good. But I think the thickness and size of my towels may be the reason why they don't heat up evenly. Either way, this is a disappointment.

This is a great item! We honestly didn't need it but couldn't help but get it. And I'm glad we did! Everyone in the family enjoys it! Ideal temperature, especially on cold winter days. Our children look forward to a warm towel after bathing and help them fall asleep. When we encountered a small problem, the company responded, helped and very quickly. I highly recommend it!

For those of us who like clean, warm towels but don't have room for a heated towel rail, this is a great device. I think it's like a towel toaster that can hold 2 bath towels (they need to be dry) and auto shut off after an hour. Heats up in less than 5 minutes. So I put my dry towel in the bucket before I shower, when I leave the house I feel warm and comfortable. The best part is that this cube is quite compact so I can put it in a closet when not in use.
