Review on πŸ” Nikon 7070 Binocular Window Mount: Secure, Hands-Free Viewing Experience in Black by Johnny Bloomer

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Simple and effective window mount

Pros: Good solid construction, smooth movement, good window friction lock. I'd suggest going with a compact 50mm lens optic, but that's a user preference for what you're doing, from birdwatching to spotting to using the camera. Mine had a quick release for quickly attaching other quick change optics. Just slide in and twist the locking lever and it's secure. This is a good opportunity to detach the optic for driving and then reattach the optic in about 1 second instead of having to unlatch the window mount like a cumbersome knot. I've read reviews elsewhere that said it wasn't a solid build. Well it's a solid build and it's not a problem with this model's window mount. I would buy it again and recommend it to my friends. Cons: No, it does what it's designed to do and is solidly built. It would be nice to have 2 other quick release camera mounts/others as a complete kit for a few bucks more but you can get them here at Revain. Conclusion: The price is worth it and I would buy it again. for compact mounting of a spotting scope with quick-change function.
