NOISY! Ringtone - no customization
I like the style of the phone, the color, size and weight are great, but there is no way to customize the ringtone and the ringtone is LOUD. It's almost like a fire alarm, which is great if you need a loud phone, but not so great if you really want or need options to turn off that noise, or if you have it in your bedroom and you're getting a rude awakening from that sales pitch in the middle of sleep.
