great videos, customer service. Weak app website

Camera works great. We have very poor and unreliable cell phone coverage in our hunting area, but the camera helps. Website and app are weak. The service provider really needs to hire a designer to make everything clearer and more intuitive. I'm tech savvy and embarrassed when I have to call tech support. Thankfully, tech support was quick and knowledgeable, and answered my email question as quickly as possible. I'll be buying another one of these soon.
