Update 6/29/21 This company has the best customer service I have ever experienced. After reviewing my comments, they sent me a new module to test. This worked better than the first, but only after you tried different combinations. It can still happen that the Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse are using too much power and maybe I should replace them. This time I tried two monitors and it worked very well. If you don't intend to use too many USB devices and your goal is to run dual monitors, this might be a good alternative for you. ---------------- Excellent support from the company for which I am grateful, but the product does not offer enough performance to be a wireless keyboard and mouse, single monitor and portable device to operate expansion drive. In my case, if the mouse was further than two feet from the device, it would lose the signal. And the keyboard started playing. The same mouse and keyboard work fine when connected to a laptop. I did not try to use dual monitors as planned as it would not fit the main reason for purchasing this type of device. However, give it a try, it might work for you.
