Wasn't compatible with my HP Probook 650 G2 for viewing on a monitor but still great. This hub worked fine with my keyboard and mouse, the only issue was the output on my laptop display, so it's not the hub's fault. I'm really sorry I couldn't get it to work because it's the perfect size and has a lot of different outlets that you can plug into. I'll leave that to have a multi-connector and if I get another laptop I'll look at one that's general store compatible.

Pay extra for quality! I'm using this on a Dell XPS-15, seems to work until it stops. If it moves around your desk in any way the monitor goes blank, I can't use more than 1 monitor (thankfully the laptop has an HDMI). Otherwise it doesn't work. I use a Samsung curved monitor and a Zepter curved monitor. Quite often it needs to be disconnected and reconnected at boot time for it to work, but it can only be connected a certain way because it's so spirited. I think you get what you pay for and…

Update 6/29/21 This company has the best customer service I have ever experienced. After reviewing my comments, they sent me a new module to test. This worked better than the first, but only after you tried different combinations. It can still happen that the Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse are using too much power and maybe I should replace them. This time I tried two monitors and it worked very well.
