Review on 🌈 Neon Paper Circles Garland: Ultimate Black Light Birthday Decorations and Glow Party Supplies by Jessica Lewis

These little circles are amazing! They are so cute with their bright neon colors. They look great in daylight but fall short in low light, e.g. B. on cloudy days, early dawn or late sunset, really. They practically have a glow-in-the-dark effect in low light. It's interesting and great! They are strong enough and seem well made that you can easily wrap them around cards and keep them for your next event. They're also convenient to use in the office - the break room, someone's office, even the office. They just need to be leaned against something solid like a wall so they hang where you can see the circles. If you hang them on a door or window, the circles lined up horizontally will spin and whatnot - so just know where you want and need them and they should work just fine. Super cute - and LOVE the color! The kit also includes a small silicone keychain in the shape of a panda. Not at all for me but I'm sure I can find a little kid who appreciates it.
