Remote won’t work - my new review

I just received this item & was excited to see if it helped me hear dialogue better. Sadly, the remote control died after 10 minutes. I’m really disappointed & will probably return it if I don’t get a replacent remote & so far, customer service has been disappointing.Edit: I was able to get the cost of a remote refunded & am waiting for a new remote. Still a frustrating experience. Sound quality is good from what I can hear (unable to adjust settings without remote.)

this sound bar worked the first year. Bought Nov. of 2019. After that sound would fade in and out. replaces cords worked for about 6 months. Changed where the bar was situated on my tv cabinet. always worked for a while then problems would start. I have put up with it for far to long. order a different new bar from different company
