Permanent Vinyl 651 with Holograms

This is a permanent vinyl, not an HTV. I used a sheet to line the shelf. It's sticky vinyl like 651. It's very pretty and shimmery. The sheets are thin, but that's what I expect from holographic vinyl. I hate cutting holography on my Cricut so I just used it with a die cutter and for the shelf. It can be cut, it's just tender. When it works, it's usually worth it.
